Caewiset Return & Refund Policy
1. 30-Day Return Window
We want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
• Unused, unwashed, and "fur-free."
• In its original packaging with all tags attached.
• Free from any pet odors, hair, or stains.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Hygiene/Health: Opened pet treats, food, supplements, or grooming products (shampoos, brushes).
• Customized Items: Personalized collars or engraved ID tags.
• Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return

1. Please include your Order Number and a photo of the item’s condition.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on where to send your package.
3. Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
• If the item is defective or wrong: We will cover the shipping cost and send you a prepaid label.
• If you changed your mind (Size/Color): The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
• Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Rejected: If the item is returned used, damaged, or covered in pet hair, we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial store credit instead.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
